Christmas Parade

This event is organised by the Buckingham Christmas Parade Committee and sponsored by Buckingham Town Council.

The Parade forms up on Chandos Road and makes its way through the town centre and back to Chandos Road. Floats, walking groups and marching bands will make their way through Buckingham Town Centre and then back to Chandos Road.

There will be a road closure, organised by the Town Council, in place whilst the parade is taking place.

Remembrance Day Parade

The Remembrance Day Parade is organised by the Royal British Legion and will be taking place on Sunday 13th November from 10:30am.

The parade will form up on Market Hill at 10am before the procession moves off at 10:30am, walking through the town centre towards Castle Street. The parade ends at St Peter and St Paul’s Church where the War Memorial is sited. A rolling road closure, organised by Buckingham Town Council, will be in place when the parade is on the move.

Charter Fair

The Charter Fair is returning to Buckingham on Saturday 15th and 22nd October 2022.

The fair operated by Nichols Amusements will arrive in town on Friday 14th October with dodgems, sideshows and stalls. It will then return on Friday 21st and a road closure for the town centre will be in place for both weekends.  There will also be a bus diversion in place for both weekends of the Charter Fair so if you use public transport on a regular basis, check out the diversion notice.

Green Spring Fair

Come along to our Spring Green Fair located at the Cattle Pens in Buckingham town centre on Sunday 24th April 2022 from 10am – 2pm.

Sustainable products, food waste experts, fun activities, live music from Harvey Fowler & Mark Edwards and Pete Thirlby, giant deck chair, free wildflower seeds, face painter Becki Pontefract and more!
