The Buckingham Rock Choir will be performing outside the Old Gaol in Buckingham Town Centre.
The Rock Choir offers an alternative experience to the traditional classical or community choir, pioneering a new approach to vocal training and entertainment.
Organised by Buckingham Town Council as part of the Buckingham Fringe, the theme for the quiz night is Sun, Stars and the Moon. Bring your family and friends and take part in the Quiz. There will be prizes for the winning team and a children’s round with prizes.
Canapes and snacks are included in the ticket price.
£2.50 for under 12 yrs and £5 for adults.
FREE EVENT!! Making their first appearance at the Buckingham Fringe this year is the Buckingham Ukulele group. Formed in 2014, initially as a monthly workshop, the group now meets most Thursday evenings in the Cote at the Woolpack, Buckingham.
This friendly band of ukulele enthusiasts strum and sing a mix of songs from across the decades, backed by a cajon, bass ukulele and the occasional kazoo!
The ever popular Oxford Fiddle Group is returning to Buckingham again for the Fringe week. The OFG performs songs and tunes mainly from England and Scotland, but also from Ireland and the USA. Some players also play other instruments besides the fiddle , so a typical line up for an OFG performance could include the celtic harp, double bass, guitar, mandolin and concertina.

A part of the Buckingham Fringe Comedian Joel Dommett will be returning to Buckingham. Joel was last here in 2017 and performed to a sold out audience. One of the most exciting comedians in the UK he has become a regular face on TV, from being a finalist in I’m A Celebrity get Me Out Of Here to hosing his brand new show Hey Tracey.
MC for the evening will be Irishman Andrew Ryan and Louise Young will be making an appearance.
Tickets can be purchased from Buckingham Tourist Information Centre at the Old Gaol, Market Hill, Buckingham. Tickets cost £15 and are for over 18’s only.
Buckingham Town Council’s Fringe Week runs from 13th to 21st July and is based around the Theme of the Sun Moon and Stars.
