Buckingham Town Council has 40 half-size allotment plots available at the Derrick Isham Allotments on Tingewick Road.
How to register your interest
If you would like an allotment, please complete the Register Your Interest in an Allotment Form.
Once we receive your form, you will be added to the waiting list. We cannot say how often plots will become available, but we will let you know your position on the waiting list.
How to pay
You will receive an invoice for your allotment rent before 1 April each year.
Payment can be made by BACS using the bank details shown on your invoice. Please include your plot number or invoice number as the payment reference.
Why have an allotment?
Having an allotment is a great way to:
- Grow your own fresh, healthy food.
- Enjoy being outdoors and getting some exercise.
- Learn new gardening skills.
- Relax and take a break from everyday life.
- Meet other people and become part of the allotment community.
- Enjoy the satisfaction of growing your own fruit, vegetables, herbs and flowers.
Growing your own food can also help the environment by reducing the need to buy food that has been transported long distances or comes in lots of packaging.
