We need your help to establish a Right of Way

Buckingham needs witnesses who can show that the public have used the path, now known as the Railway Walk path, for at least 20 years. This is the cycleway which runs from the Southern Bypass to Tingewick Road passing the corner of Chandos Road and Station Road.
If you have walked or cycled the route for 20 years or more and would be prepared to complete a  signed evidence form, please download from the link below.  Your Form MUST be accompanied by a signed attached Map which can also be downloaded below.  The grid references you will need for the form are SP 688337 and SP 698328.

It doesn’t matter what you used it for, whether it was going to work, school, shops or just for a wander as long as you remember following this path.
We also need every witness to sign copies of maps of the path, shown here on the right.
If you need a paper copy or need help, please call into the Tourist Information Centre, Old Gaol, Buckingham where paper copies are available.
If you would like more information please contact deputytownclerk@Buckingham-tc.gov.uk or call 01280 816426.
