Music lovers are in for a treat this summer as Bandjam returns to Buckingham town centre on Sunday 30th August 2026, bringing a full day of fantastic live music.
Organised by Buckingham Town Council, the popular annual event will run from 1pm until 10pm, transforming the town centre into a vibrant open-air music venue. Bandjam has become a highlight of Buckingham’s summer events calendar, celebrating the wealth of musical talent across the region while bringing together residents and visitors for a day of community spirit and live entertainment.
This year’s line-up promises something for everyone, featuring an exciting mix of local bands and musicians including Noah’s Cape, Chasing Tides, Life Underground, Rory O’Kane, Twisted Echo, Welcome Goodbye, Pinch and Molly Makes Mistakes. From original material to crowd-pleasing favourites, attendees can expect a diverse programme of music throughout the day and evening.
Visitors can also make the most of the fantastic food on offer. Go Greek will be serving delicious street food, while Buckingham’s excellent town centre cafés, restaurants and pubs will be open throughout the day, offering a wide range of food and refreshments.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a folding chair, gather their friends and family, put on their dancing shoes and settle in for an unforgettable day of live music.
Councillor Robin Stuchbury, Chair of Buckingham Town Centre & Events Committee commented: We are very pleased to be able to continue this community music event within our town centre. Thanks go to the ongoing efforts of our staff and Green Spaces Team – we can only do this through their dedication. This year all the music, staging and activities on the day are solely organised on behalf of the Town Centre and Events Committee and we look forward to seeing everyone again at this popular community event.
