Picnic at Berties’ Walk

Come along and explore Buckingham’s community orchard, home to apple, pear, plum, cherry, and quince trees. Meet the volunteers who help care for the orchard, bring a picnic, and learn more about local trees and wildlife.

Fringe Event – Crafts at Chantry Chapel

Get creative with nature-inspired crafts alongside National Trust volunteers in the historic Chantry Chapel. Afterwards, browse the charming bookshop for unique treasures.

Collect your trail sheets from the Tourist Information Centre in the Old Gaol.

Explore Bourton Park with this fun wildlife trail. Hunt for hidden creatures, solve the clues, and uncover the mystery word. Return your completed map for a chance to win a prize.

Special Events at Manor Farm

100 Trees for 100 Years

From 19th–26th July, donations can be made at The Larder Café or Buckingham Flower Farm to help fund The Attenborough Hedge and support the planting of 100 trees in celebration of Sir David Attenborough’s 100th year.


Wildlife Photography Competition

Submit your best wildlife or nature photograph for display in the Mill Barn during Fringe Week.
