Buckingham Town Council is delighted to announce the return of the Buckingham Bridge Street Skate Park Jam on Saturday 15th August 2026, with Team Rubicon once again bringing their expertise, energy and excitement to one of the town’s most popular youth events.
Taking place from 11am to 4pm, the free event welcomes anyone aged eight years and over to enjoy a day of skateboarding, scootering and BMX activities at Buckingham’s Bridge Street Skate Park. Whether participants are already confident riders or are looking to try something new for the very first time, the Skate Park Jam promises a fun, inclusive and action-packed experience for all.
The day offers an amazing schedule of activities including friendly competitions, fantastic prizes and professional demonstrations. Team Rubicon’s experienced coaches and professional riders will be on hand throughout the day, offering expert guidance to help riders develop their skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Parents, guardians and friends are encouraged to come along, bring a picnic blanket, relax on the grassy bank beneath the shade of the trees and enjoy the atmosphere.
Buckingham Town Council is proud to continue supporting and providing activities that encourage young people to be active, build confidence, develop new skills and connect with others in their community.
