DESCRIPTION:FREE ENTRY!! \nBuckingham Online Dog Show is now live\, get your entries in!\nOur annual dog show is not able to go head as usual this year due to restrictions on running events\, so we have adapted it to work from a distance! \nIt couldn’t be simpler to enter.\nAll you need to do is send us your photos by email: events@buckingham-tc.gov.uk Tell us your name and your dog’s name\, the class you’re entering and include a valid email address.  Unfortunately\, submissions via Facebook will not count. \nYou may enter as many classes as you want but it must be a different photo each time.\nClasses are:\n– Cutest Pup (6-12 months)\n– Fabulous Fella\n– Gorgeous Gal\n– Best Rescue (a class for rescue dogs only)\n– Dog Most Like its Owner (a photo of you and your dog/over 18’s only)\n– Golden Oldie (7 years and above)\n– Public’s Favourite\n– Best in Show\n(the winner of each class will go through to this class and be judged by Buckingham’s Mayor Cllr Geraldine Collins). \nClosing date for all entries is by 12 noon Friday 4th September 2020. DESCRIPTION:Open to all children\, help to create a mural with your artwork. Between 11th and 20th July\, draw a picture of a bug\, bird\, butterfly\, insect or creature that you might see on a wildlife walk in or around Buckingham or draw yourself going for a walk.  Your drawing should be on A4 paper and cover the whole sheet. Outline your drawing in a dark colour\, preferably using a dark pencil or marker pen so that it stands out. \nThe drawings should be e-mailed to events@buckingham-tc.gov.uk by noon on Monday 20th July.  50 designs will be chosen and The Children’s Workshop will put them together as a permanent mural which will be displayed in Buckingham.

SUMMARY:Winter Fair at Lace Hill
DESCRIPTION:The Lace Hill Winter Fair is returning on Sunday 1st December 2019. This event is open to all\, so bring the family and join us for a jolly afternoon at Lace Hill Sports & Community Centre. The event starts at 2 pm and finishes at 4 pm. There is free entry for children and £1 per adult. All proceeds go towards this and all future events held at the centre. The aim of the Winter Fair event is to bring the community together in a festive celebration and support local crafters\, groups and businesses. It will be a great opportunity to start some Christmas shopping. \nAdults will enjoy browsing an array of stalls\, children will have fun in the craft room and refreshments will be available to purchase from the youth club. Please do come and support the event\, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at this very special time of year. Buckingham Town Council look forward to welcoming you to the Winter Fair. Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Buckingham Town Council do take photographs at their events and these may be published.
